Maintenance & Aftercare

At bdeye we pride ourselves on the level of aftercare available. We can provide a fully comprehensive maintenance contract or pay-as-you-go solutions.

It is recommended by most insurance companies that a monitored security system is serviced at least twice per annum. bdeye install systems that have automatic service tools built in so whilst we will visit the site at least once per annum your system will also be serviced at least once per week, with any issues quickly identified and rectified.

Whilst we prefer to maintain systems that we have installed, all of our engineers are trained and hold the qualifications that mean in most cases we can take over your existing systems and provide you with maintenance and monitoring.

All our employees are DBS checked and screened to BS7858 and will attend site in bdeye uniform with an employee identity card. You will also be informed, prior to the engineer’s arrival, the name of the engineer attending your site. If required our engineers also can provide a password upon arrival to further reassure you that the person in front of you is one of our team.

Our prices are competitive and fair and there will be no surprise ‘extras’.
